SoCal Festivals & Events – Coming Up

.

As the rest of the country thaws out and welcomes Spring, the endless Summer here in Southern California reminds us how lucky we are. The almost perfect year round weather means there is lots to enjoy outside and why it really is California Dreaming all year long.

Here’s just a peak at some of the upcoming Summer attractions in and around Southern California;

The Pageant of the Masters

Laguna Beach is famous for having many Artisans as residents and probably the highlight of the year is the Pageant of the Masters Arts Festival. The Festival takes place between July 8th – August 31st.

What is it? At 8.30pm every night there is a 90 minute recreation of an art classic where real people pose to look exactly like their counterparts in the original pieces. Orchestra, live narration and intricately designed sets create this unique spectacle.

Sawdust Art and Craft Festival

The Sawdust Art Festival is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public and
promoting the art created in Laguna Beach. Visitors are invited to shop along sawdust-covered
paths through a handcrafted village of fine arts and superb craftsmanship. The Village is just a short walk from downtown Laguna Beach.

The Festival takes place between June 26th – August 30th.
